Is your spouse being faithful to you? It is a question that anyone in a relationship asks themselves at one time or another. It is not necessarily because you do not trust your spouse. In fact, some people ask this question because of how much they love their spouse and how desperately they don't want to get hurt.

Is There a Way to Tell Your Spouse is Having an Affair?

You have to understand that nothing is an exact science when it comes to whether or not someone is having an affair. This just means that while the following list is common signs of an affair, you should never take the list to assume it is 100 percent true or not true that they are or are not.

• Your spouse suddenly cares more about their appearance: You know your spouse better than anyone. Some people put a lot of effort into their hair, makeup, face, clothing, and weight as part of their everyday routine. In most cases, it is not normal for your spouse to suddenly start doing this for no reason.
• Pursues weight loss: Unless losing weight is something your spouse talks about or has struggled with for a while, it really isn't normal for them to all of the sudden develop a desire to lose weight. It is normal for you to ask yourself, who are they trying to lose weight for?
• Changes in intimacy: There are two different changes in intimacy that can be a sign of a cheating spouse. Your spouse could have a lacking interest in being intimate with you. It is also possible that they suddenly try new tricks or positions that they never tried with you before.

You have to keep in mind that with each of these signs, it is also possible that your spouse is trying to change for you or for themselves. You have to be careful about how to approach this potential problem.
